We are unable to offer an exchange service on products. You may place a new order on our website and see our details below regarding returning items.


All shoes are covered by a 3 month warranty from the date of purchase stated on your invoice. This does not cover laces or damage caused by improper care, misuse, accident or neglect. Please see details below regarding our returns if you believe your product to be faulty and would like to make a claim.

If you believe that your product purchased online has a manufacturing default, please use the contact details to below to speak to our customer care team.


All shoes purchased on www.payntr.in are eligible for return within our 14 day return period, valid from the date of receipt.

To arrange a return please contact: customercare@payntr.in with your order number and details of the product you wish to return and our team will assist you.

Refunds or replacements will only be processed once an examination of the return has been completed.
